The offside decision for Liverpool's 'third' goal was a disgrace for me, should have been allowed, VAR is ruining the game never mind enhancing it.

As you might imagine, I'm no rules expert, but IF i understood the pundits correctly, the reason that Pickford didn't get a card, (of any colour), was because HIS bit of mayhem occured AFTER Van Dyke had played the ball from an offside position.
So if an opposition player is annoying you, wait till they score and the ball is dead, then belt im good and hard.
No doubt some happy soul who is good at rules can point out the difference, but when dragged down to basics, both cases look the same to me.
I suspect Jordan now has hero status on the Blue Mersey.

That was another point in the game, for me Pickford should have walked. I was referring to Henderson's 'goal' for me that should have been given, technology is going to ruin the game, he must have been offside by the width of his shirt material

For me if the ball is “dead” then Pickford should have been red carded for an “off the ball incident” but like Poly and most Pro players, the rules are a mystery to everyone except those making them.

The ball wasn't dead though Les, it was still in play when he battered him, it was only afterwards that he blew for offside. To me it was reckless, dangerous and I honestly think it was intentional, he went in both feet first at knee high to get the man, if he got the ball as well it was a bonus
