safcLads face Leeds United at Elland RoadSunderland are in action for their final midweek match of the season as they make the trip to Leeds United for Tuesday evening. Here is all you need to know ahead of the tie at Elland Road... Opposition Leeds United currently sit third in the Sky Bet Championship table and are chasing an automatic promotion spot, currently sitting two points behind current league leaders Leicester City. After 41 games this season, Daniel Farke’s side are on 86 points, winning 26, drawing eight and losing seven of their 41 games this season. Crysencio Summerville sits top of the club’s goalscoring charts this season with 18 goals to his name whilst Georginio Rutter is on 15 assists, the second highest in the division. Leeds’ defence boasts the tightest rearguard in the division having conceded just 33 goals this season in the league. This is the first trip to Elland Road since 2018 when the Lads earned themselves a 1-1 draw. In the reverse fixture earlier this season, Jobe’s goal was the difference between the two sides at the Stadium of Light back in December with Mike Dodds in interim charge of the team that night. Team News Nazariy Rusyn has been in light training but the game comes too soon for him to make a return to action with the coaching staff hopeful of a return before the end of the season. Dennis Cirkin and Elliot Embleton are stepping up their recoveries whilst Jenson Seelt and Niall Huggins are undergoing rehabilitation for their long-term injuries. Aji Alese made his return to the side in the weekend’s draw with Bristol City and is in contention for further minutes alongside Bradley Dack who was also a second half substitute.

We are far too slow to the loose balls, Leeds players are there well before us.

0-0 halftime, not a great game 😒
We put ourselves into trouble time and time again with poor passing.

How are we playing - I am not watching or listening to the game tonight.
Don't want to spoil my beer.

Jobe is useless at holding the ball up, just bounces off him

Hume has got to learn not to dive in so much.
