If companies are stupid enough to have the holidays clause in the employment contract as 20 days plus bank holidays, then the company hasn't got a leg to stand on. |

Most companies state in their contracts which and how many bank holidays are included. As you say if they state just 'bank holidays ' they are up the creek, but no doubt they will put pressure on their work force who will probably not take it any further |

Some of them are out of touch with the way most of us live and try to get by. |
