If they go any slower, we might get it done before the year 2100.
Every time I walk past there, nothing has changed... The same 2 buildings have been there for the past year, and the land next to them are still in rubble with nothing being built on it.
They e got a completion date of the whole vaux site of 2030...HA! good luck with that Sunderland city council, because at this rate the contractor's are going to miss that deadline
