Sky Bet Championship fixtures revealedsafcSunderland AFC will face Cardiff City at the Cardiff City Stadium on the opening day of the 2024-25 Sky Bet Championship season. Régis Le Bris’ red and whites will return to the Stadium of Light one week later and host Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday 17 August. Burnley will travel to Wearside on Saturday 24 August and the Black Cats will conclude the opening month of the season on the road at Portsmouth. Following the September international break, Le Bris’ side will continue to clock up the miles by travelling to Plymouth Argyle before returning to the North East and facing Middlesbrough. The Lads will travel to Blackburn Rovers on Boxing Day and end 2024 away at Stoke City, with New Year’s Day football coming to Wearside when Sheffield United visit the SoL. A Good Friday trip to Bristol City is followed by an Easter Monday showdown with Blackburn Rovers, with the 2024-25 regular season comes to an end at the Stadium of Light on Saturday 3 May versus Queens Park Rangers. Supporters are reminded that all dates are subject to change and broadcast selections in respect of all matches to be played before the end of September will be made within seven days of fixture release day.

I new you couldn’t resist 😄 I said I would give him the benefit of doubt for the first few home games, if nothing changes I'm ofski with my money support St Mirren 😁 Travelodge ain't that cheap either normally a lot cheaper booking so far in advance, so might be getting cancelled 🤣
