So now, if you have never been to a game this season, and you decided to pay for the UK Membership, you can get 6 tickets in Phases 1 & 2 ticket sales, if you're not a season ticket holder, but you have been to home games this season and have a purchase record, you're on to plums basically.
Not right

I'm not impressed. I'm not a season ticket holder this year, but I was previously, which I know doesn't count. But I have been to most matches this season, so have a very current buying history. It counted for the Checkatrade, but not this time. Priority 1 - season tickets and members (which I agree is a rip-off); priority 2 - season tickets and members, up to 6 tickets. So if you're not a season ticket holder or member, how do you get a ticket? I think the club have cocked up here.
This smacks of a ploy by the club to try to get us all non season ticket holders in future to enrol as a member so that we get priority for tickets. Not everyone wants or can afford a season ticket, but there are still plenty of us who come to most matches, and some of us aren't local anymore.

That's exactly it Fat, hit it on the head, if, there are any tickets left after Phase 2 sales, it will be first come first served, your account number will go for nothing, I said it at the time, another way of ripping off the fan's, it was tantamount to blackmail to enable people to get a ticket for the Checkatrade, he says he's a 'fans man' he ain't, he's a business man first and foremost, first biggish over that comes along, he's off. Never trusted the guy from the off

Him and sidekick were asking the fan's to back the lads in the home game and pack out the ground, the more fans through the turnstiles, more cash, fan's are getting fed up with it, that's why only 26k turned up, now if he reduced the price, it could and should have been a full house, they're money orientated

Always thought Donald was and is a self publicising guy that many fans were only too eager to laud because they hated Short. However, it is what happens on the pitch that ultimately counts. I don't get the feeling he gives a s**t on that either way.

Yep Still loads left, think that's down to the fans being pissed off with the farce of the 'UK Membership' I think, as was I, if i never got a ticket, that would have been the end for me, wouldn't have went back to the SoL

Over the years many different approaches have been tried for ticket allocations.
Starting with a Spurs cup tie (late fifties/early sixties)I've queued up overnight outside the ground on more occasions than I care to remember.
But whatever has been tried, no system has ever suited all us Fans. And, every time, people who hardly know where the ground is, somehow end up with tickets.
But, if anyone can come up with a better system, one that could be managed easily and simply and cheaply, then the Football World in general, and SAFC in particular would, I'm sure be pleased to here from you.
Meanwhile I feel for those who have turned up every game, whenever they can, but are unable to get a ticket for this one.
I'll be glued to the box, just as I was for THAT play off against Charlton. (I failed to get a ticket for that one despite my regular attendance and I was as P155ed of then as any of you are now).

Still think there quite a few tickets available, struggling I think to sell out.
Chatting to a few lads, they reckon not many are going to Trafalgar Square either on the Saturday night
